As with many companies in the PFS stage that don't have long mine life management never explicitly say "we are going to return profits to shareholders or part there of" or at least we "intend to". We see it over and over and over. The whole industry needs a change in culture to return a large part of the profits to shareholders. I haven't been following this closely since I bailed mid 2020 so if mgmt has stated this can somebody please point in in that direction but I feel the investment community has become shy of junior and mid-tiers not making returns
