Scott had some direct questions asked in this interview with Small Caps and was clear with his responses. He understands what the market needs in order to re rate the SP and start to see this market cap reflect the companies fundamentals (game plan).
Frustrating seeing the SP at 42c (Previous Cap Raise price) However, its clear what needs to be done. Happy to hold and will continue to accumulate as I have since early 2020.
