    You're the only person I have seen mention this. The whole business model relies on cheap feedstock from third parties and end product premium to make margin. Given the capex is pretty low vs NPV and IRR according to BSX numbers its hard to imagine a 90%+ IRR exists into perpetuity for what is a low moat business model
