    This is still being priced like its a pipe dream giving it a slim to no chance of pulling this off. Such a tight share register as well when it comes to the Top 5-10 shareholders wiith a massive chunk of equity in the business. IMO funding arrangements are in play and hence its being held in this range whoever the partner is has a price in mind.
