The problem is not the export tax, it is the corporate income tax where the government sets a special tax rate for mineral resources companies, depending on region and mineral. As far I a could find Blackstone is silent on that. Could be they don't know either, which makes sense, as Vietnam seems to adjust these rates frequently.
Any one of you got feedback from them? It makes kind of difference whether you pay 20% or 50% CIT.
