    It looks like they have a quite forgiving board team at BSX. Noone is responsible for burning $100m on a failed project and noone takes the blame for pushing the share price to all-time lows (95% since the 3-year highs), whilst they keep making hundreds of thousands of dollars each year.

    Is there any vacant board seat available, if so, where can I apply? I can promise anything to the media and the shareholders and I'll make sure the company doesn't deliver a single thing in years.
