They never had such high grade msv hits before though we are yet to know exactly how high. Plans change. Board need to do whats in shareholders best interests. So far we have an MOU only with ecopro, nothing concrete. We need to fund our share of the downstream process plant and larger mill restart somehow. Dilution is not in shareholders best interest when we could restart operations quickly and cost effectively to avoid such large dilution. Im sure a restart could be done by mid 2021 if they wanted. Who knows how finance conditions will be like in 2022. Its not easy at the moment.
