My guess as to the reason why Ecopro hasn't matched Delphi et al, in buying on market to increase their stake is that BSX will need more capital for it's share of the initial investment in the DBU, therefore as it is intended to be a joint venture, with Ecopro responsible for 50% of the funding and BSX the other 50, Ecopro might consider increasing it's stake in BSX (and maintaining it's position on the Board) by participating in a CR at that point, as well as funding it's 50%. In that way they will have more of a controlling interest, tempered by not fully controlling BSX. Hope it works out that way.
