Read a couple of things and watched that latest YouTube video before bed last night and after sleeping on it, this morning am under the impression that there's a holdup with Vietnam issuing an investment certificate for Ta Khao. Perhaps officials there are still scared of making decisions in case they are accused of acting corruptly. Without an investment certificate it would be difficult, if not impossible to secure the commitment of a partner so holding on to it while it's put on ice for a year or so while the Vietnamese Government get their act together is probably the right decision. BSX does have the experience, personnel and some of the equipment to finish drilling out the project in the Phillipines so it's a good move which had to be made in my opinion. I don't feel like my investment is written off anymore, it's been saved.
