    so, this why we sank millions in Vietnam to go for some copper in the Philippines.

    If the SP hits my average on this artificial SPuplift, I am out. I was in for the Vietnam thing, betting on a prosperous new Tiger forming. Is the whole project now dead or just mothballed?
