Sorry for the duplicate comment as I mentioned this a little while ago but what it will probably lead to is Indonesia more rapidly depleting their higher grade nickel ore because they've been supplementing the feed into their refineries with unprocessed supply from the Phillipines as a result of delayed quotas and permitting. This should raise their production costs when they move onto processing low grade ore sooner, in a few short years, making it even easier for Ta Khao to compete. It's good for nickel and should make Vietnam even more enthusiastic about having their own refinery in country.
