    I will admit that BSX and IDM will be a good fit.

    Just like BSX SH's, IDM SH's have been waiting +2 years for a DFS/PFS.

    Straight off the IDM website they've been trying to get this project onto the ASX for a while. Why go through the IPO process when you can shill it thru BSX.
