    The Vietnamese Party Leader To Lam phoned President Trump yesterday and offered to drop his countries tariffs to zero and there's a delegation on the way to Mar a Lago to finalise a deal. Saw a brief mention of a deal for a Starlink rollout on twitter too but scant details. This bodes well for American access to rare earths IMO.
