    By alluding to potentially extracting high grade ore in order to establish a revenue stream before seeking the much larger capital required for a bulk mining operation in the Phillipines it's almost as though SW is acknowledging precisely why Vietnam is dead in the water. Is he owning his mistake? Perhaps he can grow and become an effective leader after all.
