where did they state they can’t announce Vietnam news until post merger? I speculated that would d be the case as if it’s with a large group that has interests in all types of metals that they would want to buy an interest in bsx shares to get exposure to copper and gold and would be more suitable after the essential doubling of the amount of blackstone shares, rather than beforehand., also if that theory is correct it could explain why Scott was so confident that IDM would not find a better deal before the merging
