    Develop & sell is a far more likely scenario than building & operating it. Their nickel thing will be "on hold" for perhaps a very long time, so salvaging the company here by leveraging their mine development team and listing...is pretty bloody good! This new project is pretty advanced wrt outlining a viable asset. After years of only shit news, this has really surprised me.
