I reckon the share price is hitting the 4 cent range down from 80cent highs because the constant talk over the last 3 years has been just that, talk. It’s all well and good that they are slashing salaries but that doesn’t get a partner in the door. That doors also been getting (“banged” on for the last 3 years.
