    I would imagine the JV would be being worked on, but the official signing and formation of the JV company would align to release of the PFS.

    Ecopro were part of the scoping study etc, so i would say they would be running in unison but the official signing of the JV and announcement of it would align to release of PFS or within 1-2 month after.

    just my opinion.
