3.) They still have access to undrawn equity facility

• On 16 August 2019, the Company entered into a Controlled Placement Agreement (CPA) with
Acuity Capital. The CPA provided the Company up to $2 million of standby equity capital. On
28 August 2020, with the increase in market capitalisation of the Company, the CPA facility
increased to $15 million. The remaining standby equity capital available under the CPA is
$11.84 million with an expiry date of 31 July 2021. There is no commitment to utilise the
facility

Acuity Capital were given 10m options for the CPA, and they just exercised 5m of them, BZXOPT4 above, on 5th March

4.) ASX miners announce a Quarterly Cashflow Report which gives a crude calculation of how many quarters of cash remaining. Page 4 of BSX latest is:
6.6 qtrs x 4 = 26 months = 2+ years

There is too many more events and time yet to unfold before raising more. Anyway, the likelihood is investors will be coming to them, rather than BSX having to do the chasing for the money.
