I would think it will be formally released prior to the open on Monday.
Today's Ann is interesting as it may have taken the need away for a new partner(s) to wait for the pilot plant before committing to the DBU JV.
Maybe there is going to be more than just a multi billion dollar bottom line to look forward to on Monday??
