It's appropriate to have big dreams but you also have to be practical. Borrowing money against a future tax return is a red flag that says we're running out of funds fast. BSX has everything it needs to earn it's own money to see us through these difficult times without massive dilution except the will, the foresight, the planning and practical leadership. Too busy dreaming of the perfect outcome to make it happen by the looks of it
