When you think about it, the Vietnamese Government would very likely be encouraging BSX/Ecopro to increase or maximise the capacity of the plant to provide for the larger EV and battery manufacturing sector they're so keen on becoming a major part of their near term future economy. If they aren't up to the job, maybe they'll find someone else who is. First there will likely be carrots, then a stick. Why permit multiple plants when one site can do the job?
