I think there is a very good chance now that the refinery gets up, with funding from partners, banks, even government loan. The question then is making sure the refinery is profitable, can source feed, and hope the CAM/NCM premium stays high. It may be difficult to put a valuation on Blackstone as it isn't really a miner, but should be much higher than the current sp. Will need large shareholders on board supporting the share price.
