He's definitely looking very closely at getting the existing plant infrastructure up and going but increasing the throughput to 1 million tonnes instead of the 450-500 kt capacity. Today's announcement is the first steps to achieving this near term outcome. Its estimated around $20 million in Capex costs which is nothing considering they have significant cash and a finance facility of $10 - $15 million as well. That would be a massive win for share holders in my view and based on that alone would re rate the company significantly as a very near term producer. There is no reason why BSX can't take advantage of the current nickel price maximizing the massive sulfide zones while they tick the boxes of the much larger project in due course.

Should be good for 15Ktpa Ni in concentrate, next step, get the Vietnamese government to approve export without tariff until the downstream processing plant is built - then it'll be on like Donkey Kong!
