The "smart" play would be for BSX to stick to their deadlines so that investors can view the leadership team as one that keeps their promises rather than one who misses their own deadline.
If BSX don't provide the SS and MRE October 1 (tomorrow) then it's another FAIL and strike against Scott for me. I sure hope it gets released tomorrow. The SPP should have nothing to do with it, and they should just deliver what they promised to deliver by the date in which they promised to deliver it by. Simple.
I await news tomorrow morning prior to open...
