We really know very little of the conversations at the top. What happens if Fidelity pushed and said this is one time offer,
they were in the market for other positions - much like BSX pushed Ecopro to jump in at premium.

I have no problem we people disagreeing that is everyone's entitlement and human right, but the be constantly swiping at management
and claiming securing substantial capital to see us through to FID is a failure, well I call that BS and as a SH and supporter I will defend my stake in this company.
