Very small retail are usually cash strapped.......many are now piling out of their small holdings just so they can participate in the SPP at a tiny profit. What they should be doing is holding onto their current positions thus saving selling commission costs....they have a couple of weeks to earn/find some more funds to participate in the SPP. This is an investment opportunity which rarely comes along. IMO DYOR GLTAH
