I have a different view of this CR timing and it appears perfect move from Scott. This CR has made BSX more visible to other major fund managers as well as institutional buyers so by the time the SS and MRE are released we are well known to the market and therefore more buyers and the SP will have more upside. The CR after these announcement may not work the same way. You may disagree with this but I think it this way and the CR is well on time.
