You guys have it backwards, as if the CR was designed as a marketing tool, when the objective of marketing the company should be to get the best CR possible in the first place to minimise dilution.

There's no point marketing when you don't need any money. Especially with a strategic partner ready to gobble anything you aim to produce.
We are fully funded until FID now and the share price won't have any impact on the fundamentals of the business for a while.
So why should we even care if a few instos/sophs jump on board or not post MRE and what the share price does short term ?

I don't plan on selling anytime soon, so this is irrelevant to me, whereas issuing 30m, 50m or 80m new shares is very much relevant to what percentage of the company I own.
