I know some gold miners have used preselling as a way to finance, not sure how feasible that is for nickel, but Ecopro will be desperate to secure supply with their massive SK innovations deal starting 2024. I like to keep my expectations low so im assuming BSX will own 50% of the DPU, I dont think it will be that little since Ecopro already has a decent stake in BSX (think its 12%). the calculations ive done based on the PFS yielded $6/share, which accounts for shareholders being diluted by half or having to give up half of the DPU.
Im happy to hear other peoples thoughts bcos im far from being an expert on this
