100m new shares in this CR...! that's near 1/3 of the soi...! 30% dilution is a bitter pill to swallow... I know the money is needed but why not do a deal like the one with ecopro where the raise was at a premium if the project is so hot and has attracted much attention from suitors..? wouldn't this have been the time to bring in a cornerstone investor/new partner to commit to funding to production and we commit to them with offtakes..?? I can't see how this is good for the share holders who now must add shares via the placement or get diluted..?
are we also seeing the usual propping up of the sp during the placement period only for it to drop to raise price or lower once the deal is done..?? when I say usual not saying just bsx, happens a lot of the time..
saying all of the above, I will participate in SPP but maybe only half what I would like n keep some dry powder should the drop in sp eventuate... what's ppls thoughts..?
