    Ya, Gold Bridge project is an absolute KEEP.
    Coys should always have at least 1 project in pipeline, and this is an awesome one to have.
    Scott mentioned before that even if they JV and retain 30%, if would still be substantial if it proves to be the size they think.
    JV partner would have to be a mid tier company or bigger, and not some junior trying its luck, big funds would be needed due to potential scale
