Well Vinfast has applied for that $500m loan from the US Govt in order to build a battery plant of some description, it sounded like they were a walk up start but thinking about it, it would be much more likely to be approved if it were processing IRA compliant battery metals.. It isn't perfect to see us trading so low on low volume ATM or raising capital at 7c but each and every holder (in most jurisdictions) has been given the opportunity to participate in the raise and not suffer 25% dilution of their holdings. That's excellent.
