It would have been a stellar announcement 2 years ago to gain momentum and investor awareness. It's a shame once again nothing material is announced, it just looks like blatant ramping again from SW to increase retail participation in the SPP. We saw something similar quite a few times in the past e.g. Samso and we are at all time lows, so investors clearly don't buy this anymore.
Btw don't expect anything binding announced till the second half of January (if ever) as the financial markets go on hibernation pretty much next Monday for at least a month.
