Implies an approximate USD$88-90/t coal price. Which is lower than first thought, clearly there is divergence between the Newc 6,000kcal benchmark and the BA 5,500kcal sales. I wonder the sales terms though, usually contracts are 3M in arrears, not sure, hopefully some commentary around this in the FY report. Needless to say, further upside based on current coal pricing environment. Be careful not to annualise 234kT, because BA only produces 2.2Mtpa, slightly inflated due to late sail for final June shipment.
