They should have got 20% and get all free cash asap to the bone from ter considering refinance fiasco and when ter was on the brink of lights out just 6 months ago and had more debt than people knew and only strong recovery in coal prices allowed ter to be here today which I think was a 1 in 100 luck. They deserve the higher rate of interest because it's possible and they were almost wiped out, I think ter is not an efficient coal miner and money seems to get wasted who knows where.
