The 0.03's were seven years back. Maybe @ozgoldtrader .... but read his posts before judging (DYOR) as a ramper, think maybe more hopefully enthusiastic about VRBatteries... however a prolific poster on AVL forum .. ozgoldtrader was fairly filthy on the BOD towards the end of his posts on AVL. Dropped off HC earlier this year.
May not be the poster your looking for but he is one dude that came to mind.
