Oh dear yes - dyor dyor! Ultimately, i reckon if you trace the majority of these shennanigans back, most begin in WA and on St George's Terrace and Hay Street. The amount of times I've heard the owner of Black Tom's on the pier there celebrating with some mining spec CEO over a big win (especially thinking of BB at TON there but there are others)...yet the whole enterprise crumbles soon afterwards. Dear oh dear. You wouldn't have to be Inspector Clueso...just grab a big torch and lift up some rocks.
