Imo theres too many people here jugding Vinces decision before we really even know much about the area/project yet..

Vince hasn't let any of us down here yet has he? Im guessing no because if he had you wouldn't be here, so why just assume he's made the wrong move before we really even know much about it? He's an intelligent bloke and probably knows what he's doing more than most here. Yes it's a risk but I think its a risk thats worth it because if it pulls through this will literally be both the icing and cherry on top of the cake, and all you people that are saying now that "Vince has made the wrong decision and this and that" will be saying "wow this guy is a genius" like you were never even doubting his choices months back.

Just sit tight and wait for Q1 2017 and if it is then it is.. and if it isnt then it isnt..
