Interesting Greg that Bluglass puts some degree of significance to this announcement. Stating that it was a key US patent. Cant help but think that this development ie patent might override or enhance the one Lumileds filed. I still believe Lumileds filing of they’re patent last year has proved a stumbling block to further dealing until they know they have the technology fully protected.
Lets hope this is the start of some good news flow.
