Price discovery. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Selling now means you lose your rights (only 3% of your portfolio). So I would assume people either think there will be better pricing to increase their holding in the near future or that's the end of the SP run for now so get out.
Given the SP decline, it makes more sense to buy on market if you want to increase your holding and take up the rights.
So the question is how comitted to BLG are the $10m investors. They may just hold on to their shares and this SP dip will be short lived.
Time will tell.
