Pumps come at the top of big % gaining rallies, not the beginning. Weekly shows increasing volume on the 2 big green bars from the bottom followed by very small volume last week. All indicators I track are supporting an imminent break out. A weekly close above .043c would be a good indication a new uptrend has started as it would be a 12 month closing high on the weekly.
Counter view would be the small gap up today but that's the only bear case I can see.
A change in sentiment to positive is what the chart is showing IMO.
