I just spoke to our (RAC) company secretary about this and he is sure the SPP rules haven't changed recently. It will be very interesting to see what class they are issuing these shares under when the prospectus arrives in a couple of days. A very interesting raise to study if they have figured out a way around the $30k SPP limit.
