What price value do you give the listed options? Lets say the 4.6c are worth 0.5 and the 6c are worth 0.4 are they have 2 extra years til expiry. You do the math. Now obviously the lower the stock goes the less the options are worth. What the market is saying here is that the two options are worth at least 0.5c together. One thing for certain, IMHO, over the next 4.5 years of collaboration with CLAWS members and the DoD, someone will see a $50m AUD as crazy value.
