Who ever is the seller in the match will always sell 1 more than the buyers to keep the price low.

There can only be three reasons for this.
    1. Someone has been burnt and want to hurt the company by selling its share price down
    2. Someone is selling a small amount hoping to buy alot more lower or
    3. A broker anticipates that the company needs to CR in the new year and want the market as low as possible so to attract new investors to a good story at record lows.

My guess is that given the trades occur in the match that its a broker ( mostly likely Shaw and partners or Bell potter) and they are the manipulator on the close.
