someone will accumulate in preparation for a take over in the next 12-18mths. the accumulator will lend shares to short the shit out of this. the company should have raised at 5c doubling the allocation with an option for existing LOYAL shareholders to partake at 4.5cents with a further option to purchase another lot at 5.5c a year from now. complete balls up
