I was thinking the exact same thing... CR would have been at 5c. and 8c options. Having said that, if you have the money now, what F8cken great value. When WBT announced Skywater as a fab that would take 2 years to qualify their tech, the share price went from $2 to $4. Almost $500m at the time. This MOU will take a lot less time before the customers are paying.
WBT have 14,000 retail investors, BLG have 4,900...still flying under the radar. Pun intended!! Happy Friday.
