Hopefully Tech Opps provide a link of the session. In the meantime my takeaway was as follows, excuse any inaccuracies, topics missed etc.
- Potential for early release of first diodes, however, James didn’t want to commit (just yet) to an earlier timeframe from that already announced (mid year 2022).
- Only 3 manufacturers of GAN laser diodes exist. Bluglass would be the fourth.
- Jim will be providing a detailed outlook during the AGM (22nd Nov)
- Noted the importance of next years SPIE Photonics West (scheduled end of Jan).
- Income would follow from the release of the initial laser diodes.
- James commented on his excitement with expanding RPCVD into other areas once the company was self supporting.
