"mett45", most of the JVs in the market failed... and mostly similar farm-in scenario. This one seems alot more fairer with a Goal oriented approach. Why would a private mining group ran by professionals commit to such arrangement... at least some merit to the structure you think? you seem very against this company.. you must have gone in at ipo??
