I tend to agree with you dinka. A prominent geo who is nearing retirement, whacks 500k into a (very spec) stock including his time and effort as you say... plus shares in lieu. He either has amazing vision (to see the future) for this tenement... or he simply, has seen something of worth. The tenement locality seems to have a good geological position, however, only a drill bit will confirm that.
